    Enameled wire testing: refer to national standards to test its appearance, size, mechanical properties, heat resistance, electrical properties, etc.

    PCBA inspection: Use high-precision X-ray to non-destructively detect PCBA voids to improve product quality and reliability.

    Concentricity detection: Imported high-precision roundness meter is used to improve the inspection standard of incoming materials and reduce the defective rate of products.

  • IPQC-Quality monitoring of the production process, and intelligent inspection and optimization of unqualified factors in the production process, such as:

    Rotor dynamic balance test: to ensure the smooth operation of the motor.

    ICT test: ICT test on PCBA, identify bad patch in advance, and improve product reliability.

    Motor test: motor single-phase resistance, turn-to-turn, insulation resistance test.

    IPQC inspection: use the method of inspection to check and confirm whether the process parameters and the standards used meet the requirements from time to time, record the inspection status, and perform necessary control and supervision.

    FQC—Strictly 100% test the quality of the product, and can track the test data and material batch records of each batch of products according to the product SN.

  • Strict factory quality inspection is carried out before the finished product leaves the factory to ensure that the product leaves the factory with zero defects and customer satisfaction and zero complaints. Inspection items include:
